I was first introduced to Aromatherapy Massage after a friend recommended a treatment whilst I was suffering with stress and a bad back. Amazed by the benefits and how much better I felt, I decided to change direction and went on to study massage myself.

I qualified in Anatomy, Physiology and Massage over 20 years ago in Cuckfield and then went on to study and qualify in Aromatherapy (ITEC level 3 distinction) A Professional Member of the FHT, I've gained experience over the years treating a variety of different clients in different settings, all with their own particular needs.
I absolutely love seeing clients experience the many therapeutic benefits of a holistic massage, enjoying some time for them, and going away feeling relaxed and happy. I always use professional quality, certified organic essential oils and like to create my own blends to suit each client.
